Arborview Realty is a family owned, local real estate boutique company in Jamaica Plain, MA. We specialize in condo, single family and multi family homes sales in Jamaica Plain, Mission Hill, West Roxbury and Brookline. We represent Jamaica Plain's best developers and have vast experience with condo conversions and new developments. We are Accredited Buyer's Representatives and work with buyers all over Boston, Brookline, Cambridge and moving out of the city to Metro West. We've been in Jamaica Plain for 30 years and are proud to be in such a vibrant exciting neighborhood.


The sales team is lead by Christian Iantosca, our Sales and Development Manager. Christian is Jamaica Plain's #1 Real Estate Agent (or Team) for two years in running, representing sellers and buyers in Jamaica Plain, throughout Boston and Metro West. Christian is a licensed real estate broker and holds the prestigious credential, Certified Residential Specialist. He also has a builder’s license and has renovated many buildings, adding another dimension to his area of expertise.

In April 2012 Stephen Lussier joined our team, after 5 years of experience at JP's Coldwell Banker. We are excited about our companies growth, and teaming up with such a wonderful fit for our office. Stephen is consistently in the top 5 of all JP realtors/teams, selling 24 homes in 2012, over 10 million in sales.

Gretchen Randall comes to us in April 2013 with years of experience selling real estate in Roslindale and Jamaica Plain, specializing in assisting clients with the transition from urban to suburban living. Upon receiving her Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and Negotiation from the University of Massachusetts, Gretchen decided to put her skills to work in real estate. Gretchen loves helping clients find the right home to meet their needs and is skilled at walking them through the buying and selling process.

Caitlin Unger joined Arborview in 2008, after 4 successful years selling real estate in Virginia, to assist Christian with an increasing volume of sales. Caitlin is Arborview's Marketing Director, she has been a Realtor for 9 years and holds the Realtor designation of Accredited Buyer’s Representative. She is a third generation realtor, following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, who owned a local real estate company in New Hampshire. Caitlin became licensed right after graduating from University of Vermont in 2003 while living in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She experienced the real estate boom in the DC suburbs, before moving back home to Massachusetts. Caitlin owns a condo in Jamaica Plain and enjoys living here with her husband, black lab and two daughters.

Nathan Kirby received his real estate license upon graduating from the University of Massachusetts in 2008. He started his real estate career renting apartments in Cambridge. Since joining Arborview in 2010, his focus has been on sales and real estate development and he has found that real estate development is his true passion. Nate lives in Jamaica Plain and enjoys working with first time home buyers in JP and throughout Boston. He also holds the Realtor designation of Accredited Buyer's Representative.

Arborview's Sales team is growing again. In December 2012, Meredith Roberts joined our team, as our Client Care Coordinator. We are so happy to have Meredith join us. We are also expanding our office into our next door neighbor, in January 2013 we moved into our new office.
